Projectiondesign Shipping New Cineo3+ 1080 Projector with True 1080 High-Def Resolution, Film-Image Quality
RIDGEFIELD, NJ (May 25, 2006) – projectiondesign, the leading manufacturer of advanced professional, eCinema and consumer projectors, has introduced its new Cineo3+ 1080 single-chip DLPTM front projector. The Cineo3+ 1080 offers true 1080 native high-definition resolution. Since it is the only single-chip commercial unit of its type now available, it is the only one that can deliver the 1080p standard today.
The Cineo3+ 1080 uses 0.95” 1080p DC3TM DMDTM technology from Texas Instruments to deliver true, native, uncompressed, 1920 x 1080p resolution HDTV film-like image quality. Thanks to higher-brightness 300-watt lamps, it is user-configurable for brightness and contrast, with up to 4,200 ANSI lumens. The projectiondesign RealColor color management technology assures perfect color and gray-scale reproduction.
