Vehix.com Threatens to Sue VehixTrader.com over the VEHIX Name

www.Vehix.com is threatening to sue www.VehixTrader.com over the "VEHIX" name. Apparently Vehix.com has hired the same Law Firm (Ray Quinney & Nebeker) that is also representing Wal Mart and Toyota, among other giant corporations. They want VehixTrader.com to be taken down, citing that VehixTrader.com is Infringing the "VEHIX" Service Trademark. However, VehixTrader.com spokeswoman says the claim is a nonsense, they used the word "VEHIX" years before it became an active trademark.
