So I'm planning on installing my unit in the next couple of days, and i'm just wondering if it is necessary to install the media module if i just want to play music/play dvds. i dont plan on hooking up xm satelite or using my ipod. Will the head unit still work fine if the media module isnt installed as well? thank you!!
