Im looking for a new Head unit for my car, budget is $200(less is fine too). I was looking around at some and found these 2. I need something that has an AUX or iPod input, plays mp3 cd's, I also want LPF and HPF for regular speakers that would be good too. I dont plan to amp my speakers, just use them straight form my HU. I also am getting a sub so subwoofer controls would be nice too. Another thing is that both of these HU's have built in iPod control with the cable included. Is the alpine HU really worth the $40 or so over the Pioneer HU?
