Here is my current system:
Front: RF FanaticQ 4"
Rear: crappy fill
Sub: one 10" sealed Alpine swe-1043
Amps: Alpine 3527 (25x4) for front and rear. Similar Alpine 2x25 bridged to sub.
Here's my question. I'm not concerned with much spl, just sq (granted I realize this not the best sq system anyway). Will I notice much of a difference if I increase my wattage? For instance I'm thinking of getting a sub amp at about 225watts and bridging my 4 channel to give me about 75w/ch up front. I don't want to spend the money if I won't notice a difference in the end. What do you think?

a lot of times the sound quality doesn't get better, the sub just gets a lot louder
but since it's an alpine 10 if you get a good amp the sound quality will be a lot better

so I could maybe add a solid sub amp at about 100-150w and leave my 4ch amp at 25w/ch for front and rear and be happy?
