Is this amp accually able to push BXi 2008D 1 x 650 W @ 4 Ù / 1 x 1300 W @ 2 Ù / 1 x 2000 W @ 1 Ù truely or is it overrated? I need help picking an amp for a Orion HCCA 15.2 Subwoofer

the HF brutus amps have always been assumed to be a little over-rated. At 1 ohm expect more like 1600-1800w.
FWIW - the audible difference between 1600 and 2000w is very minimal. Mathematically just less than a dB which is basically NOT audible.

With those amps you can expect them to actually do 70-80% of the power they claim
