aye guys, whats up? im new to tha site, been checkin it out forra while though, finally decided to make an account an pop a question... anways on topic... awhile back ago, i bought some rockford fosgate pl1-212... ma amp wasnt doin much so i just gave it to ma boi, an bought a Volfenhag ZX-8400 off this ocal dude... anways, tha subs blew a few weeks ago... an i have someone hookin me up wit tha same ---- pretty much.. two 12 inch rf P112S4: Impedance 4-Ohm Power Handling 150 Watts RMS 300 Watts Max im juss wonderin what size amp should i get..? i know 2000 watts is too much... i think anway... plus tha amp prolly isnt even pushin out that much.. anways, what should i run to it? |

something with 2 30 amp fuses should be fine thats a clean 150 to both subs |

Fuse rating DOES NOT tell you an amps output power..... it only tells you the maximum power the amp could possibly do. Ever heard of a variable called efficiency. |

ight... you sure though?... ma old ones, was ran to a 780 watt sony xplod (junk) amp.. an it would only push one... if i run ma new ones to ma ZX-8400, would it blow em quick, or you think itd be ight on low volume...? they hit good forrawhile, an one of ma boi got in an cranked it louder than i ever run... |

Sony and wolf and both complete crap so don't expect much out of either. A Kicker ZX300.1 would do perfect on those |

ight, ill check it out... imma get a better amp when i go back to work (juss had surgery) so since wolf is junk, you think itll be ight to run it on those subs, forra week or two..? |

No... that amp can only handle 4 ohm in mono. You have two 4 ohm subs which wire to 2 ohm. The amp will either go into protect or blow pretty quick. |

Look for a 300w+ mono amp that is 2ohm stable. Like the kicker. |
