I need help picking a head unit, my budget is $300 i don't want an indash or a navigation unit i do want it to be able to play mp3's and have an IPOD connector any help is appreciated |

if you want an ipod input, check out some alpine or pioneer head units. For alpine i recommend the CDA-9886, priced at 265 on onlinecarstereo.com, and for pioneer, the premier DEH-P7000BT priced at 249. They both have ipod connectors and are both under your budget. Hope that helped |

I would recommend what brian said, as well and I would choose hands down the Eclipse cd5000, has all the tools you need, and superb SQ, actually better then the 2 brian have listed IMO, although to an untrained ear you might not be able to tell the difference in SQ. http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=4953 |

shak im selling a pioneer deh-p9800bt for 200 bucks..500 dollar cd player brand new and its plays every kind of disc there is. mp3, data etc....It also has a 5v preout and 16 band graphic equalizer. let me know man |
